Mogg specialized in maps for the for the travelling public, during the first half of the 19th century, regularly updating his plans as cities expanded.
He was very industrious engraving his own maps. His folding plans were detailed but uncluttered. In this map he has placed a small advertisement for his small travellers companion, " A Survey Of The Roads"
