When Henry George Collins, became bankrupt in 1857 Stanford acquired the rights to the design of this map. This edition of 1880 Includes Millbank Penitentiary (now the site of the Tate). The term Pom are the initial's for "Prisoner Of Millbank". The original layout for the International Exhibition. ( Unfortunately the Exhibition failed because of the death of Prince Albert ).
Railway, tramway lines and Underground lines are shown, together with those under construction.
